At We Write That, we are committed to providing high-quality resume, LinkedIn, cover letter, and career coaching services. Due to the digital nature of our services and the personalized work involved, all sales are final once work has begun.

If you have purchased a service but work has not yet started, you may request a cancellation and a full refund by contacting us at hello@wewritethat.com. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Once your service is in progress or delivered, refunds are not available. However, each package includes one round of revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the final product. Additional revisions or edits beyond the included round may incur a small fee, which will be communicated in advance.
